"For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God." I Corinthians 1:18

1. We use the sign of the cross in our prayers.
2. We use it when we feel in danger.
3. We have to carry our cross daily and follow Christ (Luke 9:23).
4. Our suffering in this world is our cross.
5. Through prayers, long days and long nights, and self denial, we would be worthy of carrying the cross.
